The history of the cabbage goes back a long way in Germany. Thank to progressive cultivation, the original wild cabbages have been transformed in terms of quality and yield. Today, the consumer is presented with a vast array of choice.

All cabbages are both healthy and nutritious, cabbages in particular are one of the most important and cheapest sources of minerals, including blood-building iron and vitamin C.
